It is time to pay TDA 2001 dues.
A TDA budget for 2001 will be presented at the next meeting.

Secretary Report: (Larry Mock)
TDA eRegistration has been emailed to everyone on our e-mail roster. Please reply to these so an updated roster can be completed and sent out to the membership. Those that do not reply after 3 attempts will be removed.

Once you receive your USMS card please send Larry a copy for the TDA files (plus make several for yourself for future meet registrations).

Doug Frerich has been contacted about getting some new "thank you" notes and TDA stationery.

New TDA T-shirts are in and available from Bill Kritzer. Dues for 2001 of $30.00 can be paid now to receive the new TDA T-shirt. No requests have been made for Land's End merchandise (Polo, turtleneck, bag, etc.). Brad will be sending out an email concerning a Land's End order to be made in the spring...... in time for Toronto in July.

External Communications Committee:

Website -- Larry Mock will now be sending updates to Kent for the TDA website. Currently the site is out of date and will be updated with the information discussed at this meeting. If you have any updates, changes, suggestions, etc., send them to Larry.

Community Events / Social Committee:

--TDA Wednesday Night Supper Club: Cafe Express on McKinney -- every Wednesday at 8:30pm
If you don't go to practice, still try to make this weekly TDA social event. A new restaurant will be selected at each meeting.

Fund Raising Committee:

--Yard Sale: A decision will be made in the next couple of months as to when our next sale will be. There was discussion to move it to spring since Gay Games is in November in 2002 and we will not be able to have a fall sale that year. If we have it this spring,it will most likely be a much smaller sale than in years past.

TDA is looking into buying some clothing racks. With Ward's closing soon, there should be quite a few available soon.....keep your eyes and ears open. For future sales we will not be promising tax receipts. If they need one, please take it upon yourself to get obtain one. Remember our policy on large items: "If two people can't easily move it.....then we don't want it." We are always collecting items for the sale. Let Brad or Larry know if a pickup is necessary. Items can be stored at Brad's warehouse.

--Individual Sponsors / Supporters: Is the same price as our dues, $30.00 and includes a TDA T-shirt or, TDA pin, and tattoo.

IGLA Toronto 2001 Task Force (Brad Levinson, Bill Kritzer, Mark Westergard) Our goal is to recruit appox 30 swimmers from DAM, with a focus on taking Bobby and Erica as coaches.
TDA Toronto informational packets are ready and out. Let Brad know if you need one mailed to you.
Toronto IGLA 2001 registration forms are available online (www.igla2001.org) or hardcopy from Larry/Brad.
There are 3 registration deadlines: Jan 31, Mar 31, and June 1. The earlier you register....the cheaper it is.
Please "talk it up" with your lane mates and help up get a good turnout for Toronto IGLA 2001.

Old Business: TDA Charity
Peggy will be meeting with the person in charge of fund raising once school is in session to give our 100.00 donation.

Next team meeting is Sunday, February 11, 1:00pm at an undetermined location.
